premium residential apartments, adds our signature furnishings and services,
and sublets the units to our guests. Oakwood Corporate Housing selects from
the best and most modern apartments in every market. Guests will
experience a range of accommodations reflective of the city where they are staying:
historic brownstones in Boston; high-rise elegance in New York; or sun resort
splendor in Phoenix. Oakwood Corporate Housing offers the experience of a private
residential ambiance, with weekly housekeeping provided with concierge and
maintenance services just a phone call away.
In approximately 50 locations, we operate OAKWOOD APARTMENTS, which
offer both furnished and unfurnished apartments, and have onsite Oakwood
hospitality staff. With amenities such as concierge, swimming pool, fitness
center, and business center, these properties offer the spacious comforts of a
private residence with the unique experience of living at an Oakwood. The
onsite Oakwood staff coordinates resident activities and provides front desk
service to meet residents' every need.
Virtually all U.S. locations have a one-month minimum stay, though at select
locations shorter stays are available.
EUROPE
An extension of the corporate housing concept, OAKWOOD UNITED
KINGDOM takes leases on existing residential units, appoints them with
designer furniture, housewares, phone, and cable, and then sublets them as
extended stay residences. London units are immaculately furnished, providing
luxurious comfort to guests in England's prestigious capital. Oakwood
provides weekly housekeeping and concierge service throughout the guest's
stay, assuring a comfortable guest experience. Some London properties offer
daily stays while others have one or three month minimum stays and are
designed for longer stay guests.
In the coming years, Oakwood will be expanding throughout the United Kingdom
ASIA PACIFIC
In locations such as Bangkok, Thailand; Guangzhou, China, and Tokyo,
Japan; OAKWOOD RESIDENCES combine the spacious comfort of a private
home with the services and security of a hotel. Distinctive services include
airport pickup, daily housekeeping, an onsite restaurant, guest activities
programs, and comprehensive business centers. Future expansion is planned
throughout major Asia Pacific business capitals.
Debuting in Manila, Philippines, the new OAKWOOD PREMIER flag
introduces five-star "serviced apartments". Providing luxurious apartments and
five-star hotel service, Oakwood Premier is designed for the discriminating
international traveler.
